ALGOA FM Big Walk for Cancer is a community-focused charity walk that raises awareness and support for individuals and families affected by cancer. Participants of all ages are invited to take part in a 5 km walk, promoting hope, solidarity and healthy living while contributing to cancer-related causes and beneficiary organisations.
Held annually across multiple host cities, including George Golf Club in George, the event brings together communities, families, schools, businesses and supporters to honour those impacted by cancer and to raise funds for selected cancer support organisations. Participants can enter individually, as groups, or virtually from anywhere in South Africa and around the world.
